Starbucks calls employees “partners,” and Partner Hours is the digital system used in U.S. and many international Starbucks stores as of May 16, 2026. In simple terms, partner hours means your personal work schedule: shifts, PTO, training, and total hours for the week or pay period.
The tool lets retail partners and hourly partners view a full schedule by day, week, or month; check store location, manager name, shift notes, and pay-period totals; and see whether a request time entry is pending or approved. Partners can view their personal schedule up to three weeks in advance through the Partner Hours system, allowing them to plan around other commitments.
